What about my subscription?

Your Nagomi+ subscription (if you have one) is managed by Apple, not by NAGOMI. Deleting your in-app account does NOT cancel your subscription with Apple.

To also cancel your subscription:

You may want to cancel your subscription BEFORE deleting your account so you don't continue to be billed for a service you can no longer use.

Because NAGOMI does not collect personal info (no email, no name, no phone), we cannot always match a deletion request to specific data without something to go on. The in-app flow is the only deletion path that is 100% reliable.
