You can delete your NAGOMI account at any time. We don't make you fill out forms or wait for our approval. Deletion is in your hands.
The fastest way (in-app)
- Open the NAGOMI app on your iPhone.
- Tap the Profile tab (bottom right).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
- Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
- Tap "Permanently delete account".
That's it. The app immediately:
- Removes all your renders from our servers (Supabase Storage + DB).
- Deletes all your transformation history.
- Wipes your anonymous user ID and creates a fresh one.
- Resets all your local preferences and onboarding state.
After deletion, NAGOMI looks exactly like a fresh install on your device.
What about my subscription?
Your Nagomi+ subscription (if you have one) is managed by Apple, not by NAGOMI. Deleting your in-app account does NOT cancel your subscription with Apple.
To also cancel your subscription:
iPhone → Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → NAGOMI → Cancel
You may want to cancel your subscription BEFORE deleting your account so you don't continue to be billed for a service you can no longer use.

Can't access the app?
If you've already deleted the app or your device is unavailable, email us at hello@trynagomi.app from any email address and include:
- The approximate date you started using NAGOMI.
- Whether you ever purchased Nagomi+.
- Any other detail that helps us locate your data.
Because NAGOMI does not collect personal info (no email, no name, no phone), we cannot always match a deletion request to specific data without something to go on. The in-app flow is the only deletion path that is 100% reliable.
Response time
- In-app deletion: immediate.
- Email requests: we respond within 30 days, usually much sooner.
