By installing or using NAGOMI ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use NAGOMI.
1. What NAGOMI does
NAGOMI is an iOS app that uses AI to reimagine interior photos in different aesthetic styles. You provide a photo of a room you have permission to photograph; Lumi (our mascot, powered by Google's Gemini image model) generates a new version of the same room in the style you choose.
2. Your account
NAGOMI creates an anonymous, device-scoped account for you automatically the first time you open the app. We do not ask for your name, email, or any personal info. Your renders are tied to this anonymous ID and stay on this device unless you delete the app or your account.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and wipes all your renders from our servers. See our Delete account page for details.
3. Subscriptions (Nagomi+)
NAGOMI is free to install. Nagomi+ unlocks transformations and HD downloads through two plans:
- Weekly plan — $9.99 / week, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. During the 3-day trial you get 3 transformations. After the trial, you'll be automatically charged $9.99 and receive a fresh 50 transformations every week for as long as your subscription is active.
- Monthly plan — $19.99 / month. Includes 100 transformations per month. No free trial.
If you start the free trial, you will be automatically charged $9.99 at the end of the 3-day trial unless you cancel beforehand.
All subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed by Apple. They auto-renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings (iPhone → Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → NAGOMI).
4. Refunds
All payments go through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not NAGOMI. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or follow the steps on our Refunds page.
5. Your photos and your renders
- You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the renders Lumi generates from them.
- You give NAGOMI a limited license to process your photo (send it to our AI provider, generate a transformation, and store the result) so the app can do what it's designed to do.
- Renders are private to your account. We do not display them publicly and we do not use them to train external AI models.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use NAGOMI only for lawful purposes. You will not upload:
- Photos that violate someone else's privacy or copyright.
- Sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content (our AI provider will refuse to process these and the request will fail).
- Photos of people who haven't consented to being photographed.
We may suspend or delete your account if we discover misuse.
7. Disclaimer
NAGOMI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Lumi works hard, but the renders she creates are interpretations. They're meant to inspire, not to be construction documents or precise design plans.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAGOMI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, business interruption, or any decision you make based on a render.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app before the changes take effect. Continued use after the changes means you accept the new Terms.
