NAGOMI subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. This means Apple, not NAGOMI, processes all payments and handles all refund requests.
We are unable to issue refunds directly because we never see your payment details (Apple keeps those entirely on their side).
How to request a refund
Apple makes the process simple. You have two options:
OPTION 1 — On the web
- Open reportaproblem.apple.com in any browser.
- Sign in with the Apple ID that made the purchase.
- Find NAGOMI in your purchase history.
- Tap "Report a Problem" → "Request a refund".
- Choose a reason and submit.
OPTION 2 — From your iPhone
- Open Settings → tap your name at the top.
- Tap Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History.
- Find NAGOMI and tap "Report a Problem".
- Submit your refund request.
What to expect
- Apple usually replies within 24 to 48 hours.
- Refund decisions are entirely Apple's. We have no influence over the outcome, but Apple is generally fair, especially if you request soon after the purchase or if you had a technical issue.
- If Apple approves the refund, it appears on your original payment method within 1 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. Cancellation simply prevents future renewals. Your current period continues until it ends.
To cancel: iPhone → Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → NAGOMI → Cancel Subscription.
To refund: use the Apple links above.
If you also want to delete all your data from NAGOMI, see our Delete account page.
Need help?
If you had a technical problem with NAGOMI (a render failed, the app crashed, etc.), email hello@trynagomi.app and we'll do our best to make it right, usually by giving you replacement transformations, since we can't credit money back directly. Apple is still the path for actual refunds.
